摘要
为了获得天丝短纤的棉纺精梳优化工艺,采用理论分析与试验研究的方法,通过天丝短纤的纤维性能测试与对比,设计相应的精梳工艺,并通过调节精梳机的落棉隔距、车速、曲柄半径等工艺参数,进行天丝短纤的精梳生产试验。结果表明:小卷定量小于65 g/m,采用前进给棉,给棉长度4.3 mm,顶梳插入深度-0.5,分离罗拉定时调节盘搭接刻度+1.5,落棉隔距10 mm,,曲柄半径55 mm,车速280钳次/min的工艺方案时,精梳机落纤率为4.78%,精梳条条干CV为4.81%,精梳条总棉结数为11个/g,保证了低落纤率的基础上,有较好的精梳质量。
In order to realize combing process optimization of Tencel staple fiber,a combing process was designed based on fibre property test and comparison of Tencel staple fiber by combining theoretical analysis and experimental study methods,and combing production testing of Tencel staple fiber was conducted with the noil gauge,speed and crank radius of comber adjusted.The results show that the noil rate of comber is 4.78%,the evenness CV of combing sliver is 4.81%and the total nep number of combed sliver is 11/g if the lap quantum is less than 65 g/m,feeding length is 4.3 mm with forward feeding,the inserting depth of top comb is-0.5,the lap scale of the detaching roller timing adjustment panel is+0.5,noil gauge is 10 mm,crank radius is 55 mm,and speed is 280 r/min.This process guarantees low noil rate but good combing quality.
