摘要
探讨降低精梳条条干不匀率的技术措施。分析了精梳条条干周期不匀率的基本特性,总结出精梳棉网清晰度、搭接波和机械波是影响精梳条干不匀率的主要原因。恒速梳理精梳机的分离罗拉顺转定时、锡林定位、钳板闭合定时三者之间配合得当,能够获得合理的梳理效果和理想的接合分离质量;适当增加小卷定量、合理使用梳理器材、控制好机械状态、优化牵伸区罗拉隔距也可有效改善条干不匀率;同时,尽可能减少精梳条的意外牵伸。认为:采取上述有关工艺技术措施可降低精梳条干不匀率,能有效稳定和提高成纱质量。
The technology measures to reduce combed sliver unevenness were discussed. The basic characteristics of combed sliver cycle unevenness were analyzed. It was summarized that combing clearness of web,overlap wave and mechanical wave were the main reasons affecting combed sliver unevenness. Reasonableccarding effect and ideal joint & separation quality can be obtained by properly matching the veering clocking of separating roller, location of cylinder and nipper close clocking in comber with constant speed. Sliver unevenness could be effectively improved by suitably increasing the quantify of lap, reasonably using carding equipment, well controlling the machinery state and optimizing roller gauge in drafting area. Meanwhile, unexpected draft of combed sliver should be reduced as much as possible. It is considered that combed sliver unevenness can be reduced and yarn quality can be efficiently stabilized and improved by taking the above technology measures.
