摘要
目的探究瑞舒伐他汀与硫酸氢氯吡格雷联合对冠心病患者心功能的影响效果。方法选取2019年4月至2020年4月金昌市人民医院收治的86例冠心病患者作为研究对象,通过抽签法随机分为研究组与对照组,各43例。对照组患者以硫酸氢氯吡格雷片行单一治疗,研究组患者以硫酸氢氯吡格雷片联合瑞舒伐他汀钙片进行治疗,对比两组治疗效果,统计并对比两组患者治疗前后的心功能水平。结果研究组患者疗效优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间各项心功能指标于治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后均改善且研究组改善效果更显著(P<0.05)。结论对于冠心病患者的治疗来说,瑞舒伐他汀联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷可获得理想效果,可有效改善患者心功能。
Objective To explore the effect of rosuvastatin combined with clopidogrel bisulfate on cardiac function with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 86 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to Jinchang People's Hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into study group and control group,43 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with clopidogrel bisulfate tablets alone,while patients in the study group were treated with clopidogrel bisulfate tablets combined with rosuvastatin calcium tablets.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared,and the cardiac function levels of the two groups before and after treatment were statistically compared.Results The curative effect of the study group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the cardiac function indexes between the two groups had no significant difference before treatment(P>0.05),and the improvement effect of the study group was more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease,rosuvastatin combined with clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate can obtain ideal effect,and can effectively improve the cardiac function of patients.
