摘要
目的:分析针对小儿肺炎患儿采取特布他林辅助阿奇霉素治疗的临床功能与价值。方法:选取院内收治的肺炎患儿共计160例,随机划分为对照组和观察组采取区分治疗,对照组患者采取阿奇霉素单一治疗,观察组患者在此基础添加特布他林进行辅助治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后炎性因子、并发症发病率以及治疗有效性。结果:通过研究对比发现,观察组患者在临床治疗有效性方面达到90%,对比对照组70%差异显著;在炎性因子控制方面,经过治疗,两组患儿炎性因子均有所降低,观察组更为显著;对比两组患者并发症情况,观察组的用药安全性更强(P<0.05)。结论:采取特布他林辅助阿奇霉素进行肺炎患儿治疗,能够提升整体质量效果,同时对于抑制并发症发病率以及改善炎性因子的数值具有更好的效果,建议临床上推广并使用。
Objective:To analyze the clinical function and value of terbutaline-αssisted azithromycin in children with pneumonia.Methods:A total of 160 children with pneumonia treated in a hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group for differentiated treatment.The control group was treated with azithromycin monotherapy,and the observation group was supplemented with terbutaline for adjuvant treatment,then the inflammatory factors,the incidence of complications,and the effectiveness of treatment before and after treatment were compared.Results:The results showed that the effectiveness of clinical treatment in the observation group reached 90%,and the difference was significant compared with 70%in the control group.In terms of inflammatory factor control,after treatment,the inflammatory factors in both groups of children were reduced,and the observation group was more significant.Comparing the complications of the two groups of patients,the medication safety of the observation group was stronger(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of terbutaline-αssisted azithromycin in the treatment of children with pneumonia can improve the overall quality and effect of suppressing the incidence of complications and improving the value of inflammatory factors,which is recommended to clinically promote and use.
