摘要
目的探讨糖皮质激素联合阿奇霉素序贯治疗小儿支原体肺炎(MPP)的效果。方法抽取2018年4月至2020年4月于烟台市烟台山医院接受治疗的93例MPP患儿,依据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=46)与观察组(n=47)。两组患儿均接受常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组采用阿奇霉素序贯治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用糖皮质激素治疗。两组均连续治疗14 d。比较两组临床疗效,比较两组治疗前、治疗14 d后克拉拉细胞分泌蛋白(CCSP)及血清补体水平。结果治疗14 d后,观察组治疗总有效率为95.74%(45/47),高于对照组的78.26%(36/46),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗14 d后,两组CCSP、补体C4水平高于治疗前,补体C3水平低于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖皮质激素联合阿奇霉素序贯治疗小儿MPP效果显著,可有效提升机体CCSP水平,改善患儿免疫功能。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of glucocorticoid combined with azithromycin sequential treatment on children with Mycoplasma pneumonia(MPP).Methods A total of 93 children with MPP who received treatment in Yantaishan Hospital from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected and divided into control group(n=46)and observation group(n=47)according to the random number table method.Both groups were treated by routine treatment;additionally,the control group was treated with azithromycin;and the observation group was treated with glucocorticoid on the basis of treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for 14 days continuously.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,and the Clara cell secreted protein(CCSP)and serum complements were compared before and after treatment in the two groups.Results After 14 days of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.74%(45/47),higher than the 78.26%(36/46)of the control group(P<0.05).After 14 days of treatment,CCSP and complement 4 level in the two groups increased,while complement 3 level decreased,and these indexes in observation group were better than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Glucocorticoid combined with azithromycin sequential treatment of MPP children is significant,which can effectively improve CCSP level and immune function of children.
