摘要
锰铁在冶炼合金钢中不可缺少的添加剂,准确测定锰铁中Mn、Si、P等元素的含量是非常必要的。为了改善操作环境,缩短分析时间,提高分析效率和生产效率,研究了锰铁中Mn、Si、P的X荧光光谱测定方法。其方法简便快捷使用范围广,与化学分析相比较大大缩短了分析时间,具有快、准、全的优点,可以应用于生产实践。
it is very necessary to determine the content of Mn,Si and P in manganese iron,which is an indispensable additive in smelting alloy steel.In order to improve the operating environment,shorten the analysis time,improve the analysis efficiency and production efficiency,the X-fluorescence spectrometric method of Mn,Si and P in manganese iron was studied.The method has the advantages of quick,accurate and complete,and can be used in production practice.
