高锰铁矿高温快速还原—磁选分离工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 随着优质铁矿资源的逐渐减少,开发复杂铁矿石具有重要意义。高锰铁矿是一种储量丰富的复杂铁矿资源,由于其嵌布粒度极细,铁锰矿物紧密共生等问题,采用常规选矿工艺难以实现铁与锰的有效分离和富集。基于某地高锰铁矿工艺矿物学研究,对高温快速还原—磁选工艺进行了研究,分析了铁锰氧化物还原热力学条件,考察了还原温度、还原时间、碳铁质量比、球团内配煤质量比及碱度等因素对锰铁分离效果的影响。结果表明,该高锰铁矿中铁、锰嵌布粒度微细,部分铁、锰以类质同象的形态赋存是其难以分离富集的主要原因。在最佳实验条件下采用高温快速还原—磁选工艺实现了铁、锰高效分离和富集,得到了两种产品:还原铁粉(磁性精矿)的铁品位达到87.49%,含锰3.09%,铁的回收率为92.24%,铁金属化率为93.08%,经过成型处理可用作电炉冶炼耐候钢的原料;锰精矿(非磁性物)的锰含量为25.24%,锰回收率为91.13%,是一种提取锰的优质原料。 As the reserves of high-quality ores has been decreasing,it′s of great significance to utilize complex ironores. High-manganese iron ore(HMIO)is one of abundant complex iron ores resource,and difficult to separate iron andmanganese effectively by conventional mineral processing techniques because of superfine size of iron and manganese miner-als being closely associated each other. Based on the determination of the mineralogy of HMIO in this paper,the high temper-ature rapid reduction-magnetic separation process was developed,the thermodynamic conditions of reduction of iron and man-ganese oxides were analyzed,and the effects of reduction temperature,reduction duration,C/Fe mass ratio,coal mass ratioin pellets,binary basicity and other factors on the separation of iron from manganese were investigated. The results show thatthe main reasons for the difficulty in enrichment of HMIO are the superfine grain size of iron and manganese minerals,thecomplicated occurrence of some iron and manganese isomorphs and close association. Under the optimum conditions,thehigh-efficiency separation of iron and manganese was achieved via high temperature rapid reduction-magnetic separation pro-cess with two products being obtained: reduced iron powder(magnetic concentrate),assaying 87.49% Fetotal and 3.09%Mntotal at an overall iron recovery of 92.24%,which can be used as burden for smelting of weathering steel after agglomera-tion,and manganese concentrate(nonmagnetic tailings)bearing 25.24% Mn at manganese recovery of 91.13%,which issuitable raw material for extraction of manganese.
