ICP-OES测定四氧化三钴中硅的含量 被引量:2

Determination of Silicon in Cobalt Oxide by ICP-OES

摘要 采用盐酸及氢氟酸溶解四氧化三钴样品,再用饱和硼酸络合过量的氢氟酸,最后采用基体匹配法进行ICPOES测定。讨论了仪器分析谱线的选择,射频发生功率、雾化气流量和辅助气流量对分析线信号的影响,溶液酸度的选择,基体和共存元素的干扰等。试验结果显示:该方法准确、简单、快速,方法检出限达到0.0062 mg/L、相对标准偏差不大于6.94%、加标回收率在98.19%~104.31%,可适用于进口四氧化三钴中杂质硅的测定。 In this work,the sample of cobalt tetroxide was decompressed by hydrochloric acid and hydrofluoric acid,and then the excess hydrofluoric acid was complexed by saturated boric acid.ICP-OES determination was carried out by matrix matching method.The selection of analyzer spectrum line,the influence of RF generating power,atomizing gas flow rate and auxiliary gas flow rate on the signal of analyzer line,the selection of solution acidity and the interference of matrix and coexisting elements were discussed.The test results showed that the method was simple and rapid.The detection limit of the optimized method reached 0.0062 mg/L,with no more than 6.94% of relative standard deviation and 98.19% to 104.31% of recoveries,which met the requirements for the determination of trace silicon in cobalt trioxide.
