ICP-AES法测定镍钴铝酸锂中铝、铁、钙、镁、铜、锌、硅、钠、锰含量 被引量:2

Determination of Nickel Content in Nickel Cobalt Aluminum Hydroxide by Dimethylglyoxime Gravimetric Method

摘要 采用盐酸溶解试样,于特征谱线下以ICP-AES测定试液的特征光谱强度,通过标准工作曲线,查得铝、铁、钙、镁、铜、锌、硅、钠、锰的含量。结果表明:Ni、Co、Li基体对测Al无明显干扰;Ni、Co、Li基体对测Fe、Zn有负干扰,对测定Ca、Mg、Cu、Si、Na、Mn无明显干扰,Al基体对测定Fe、Ca、Mg、Cu、Zn、Si、Na、Mn无明显干扰情况。采用基体匹配法能很好的消除基体对Fe、Zn的干扰,且对测定Ca、Mg、Cu、Na、Mn无影响。镍钴铝酸锂中Ni、Co、Li、Al含量在最高和最低时候对测定Fe、Zn的干扰程度相近,无明显差别优先采用基体匹配法。方法分析速度快、结果准确可靠,RSD不大于3.5%,加标回收率为97.9%~108.6%。 The sample was dissolved in hydrochloric acid,and the characteristic spectral intensity of the test solution was determined by ICP-AES under the characteristic spectral line.The contents of aluminum,iron,calcium,magnesium,copper,zinc,silicon,sodium and manganese were determined by standard working curve.The results show that:Ni,Co,Li matrix has no obvious interference on the determination of Al;Ni,Co,Li matrix has negative interference on the determination of Fe and Zn,but no obvious interference on the determination of Ca,Mg,Cu,Si,Na,Mn;Al matrix has no obvious interference on the determination of Fe,Ca,Mg,Cu,Zn,Si,Na,Mn.The matrix matching method can eliminate the matrix interference on Fe and Zn,and has no effect on the determination of Ca,Mg,Cu,Na,Mn.The interference degree of Ni,Co,Li and Al in the determination of Fe and Zn is similar when the content of Ni,Co,Li and Al is the highest and the lowest,and there is no obvious difference.The RSD was less than 3.5%,and the recovery was 97.9%~108.6%.
