摘要
糖果加工过程中添加食用色素可以提高糖果的色泽和消费者的接受度,进而提高糖果商品价值。但是,食用色素的大量使用,会对机体健康造成影响。通过调查分析网售糖果中食用色素使用情况,帮助消费者正确选择糖果,同时对于食用色素使用中存在的问题及未来的发展提出一些建议,以方便监督和管理。
Adding edible pigments in the process of candy can increase the color and acceptance of the products,thereby increasing the value of candy.However,the heavy use of edible pigments will affect the health of the body.This article investigated and analyzed the use of edible pigments in candy sold on the Internet to help consumers choose products correctly.At the same time,it provided some suggestions for the problems in the use of edible pigments and future development to facilitate supervision and management.
