摘要
通过调研着色剂在糖果中的使用情况,帮助消费者在日常生活中选择健康、合格的产品,并为监督机构监管食用色素提供依据。本次调查基于广州工商学院超市及知名度较高的电商平台,随机调查60种糖果的标签配料表,将所得数据进行归纳统计,对比分析糖果中食用色素的使用情况。调查发现,市面上所销售的大部分糖果中着色剂使用情况均符合国家标准,但着色剂在使用过程中仍存在很多不足,需要完善相关规定,加大对着色剂的研发力度。
By investigating the use of colorants in candies, it helps consumers choose healthy and qualified products in their daily lives, and provides a basis for supervisory agencies to supervise food coloring. This survey is based on the Guangzhou Institute of Business and Technology supermarket and the well-known e-commerce platform, randomly surveyed the label ingredient list of 60 kinds of candies, summarized the data obtained, and compared and analyzed the use of edible coloring in candies. The investigation found that the use of colorants in most candies on the market meets national standards, but there are still many deficiencies in the use of colorants. It is necessary to improve relevant regulations and increase the research and development of colorants.
