改性硅灰石对可陶瓷化硅橡胶复合材料性能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 采用桐油酸作为表面改性剂对硅灰石进行湿法改性,研究了改性前后不同填充量对可陶瓷化硅橡胶复合材料性能的影响。利用表面张力仪、红外光谱、热重分析、机械性能测试以及扫描电镜分别对粉体和复合材料进行分析。结果表明:经桐油酸改性的硅灰石在水介质条件下接触角从0°提升到75.91°,在乙烯基硅油测试条件下接触角从26.11°降低到18.02°;通过红外光谱和热失重分析可以得出桐油酸经化学反应成功接枝在硅灰石表面,接枝含量为0.13%;复合材料在引入硅灰石后力学性能得到改善,未经改性的复合材料配方在填充质量分数25%硅灰石下的拉伸强度从5.07 MPa提升到5.32 MPa,改性后硅灰石配方的复合材料在填充质量分数15%下的拉伸强度提升到5.35 MPa,改性后复合材料的杨氏模量随着填充量的增加从2.86 MPa增大到8.14 MPa,改性后的配方撕裂强度从10.49 kN·m^-1提升到18.23 kN·m^-1,提升了73.8%,而未改性的配方只提高了58.7%;通过断面形貌分析可以看到,改性后的粉体在基体中的分散性能更好,与基体结合紧密;通过引入硅灰石粉体,能够明显提高复合材料的分解温度和残留率,T 10%,T max分别提高了52.0,22.5℃,残留率提高了34.54%,材料的热稳定性得到提升。 Eleostearic acid was used as the surface modifier to modify wollastonite by wet modification,and the influence of different filling amount on the properties of ceramic silicone rubber composites was studied in this paper.The modified wollastonite and composites were characterized by surface tension instrument,fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),mechanical properties and morphology,respectively.The results showed that the contact angle of wollastonite modified by jatroic acid was increased from 0°to 75.91°under the condition of water medium,and decreased from 26.11°to 18.02°under the test condition of vinyl silicone oil.FTIR and TGA analysis suggested that jatrolic acid was successfully grafted on the surface of wollastonite by chemical reaction,and the graft content was 0.13%.The mechanical properties of the composite material were improved after the introduction of wollastonite.The tensile strength of the unmodified composite formula was increased from 5.07 MPa to 5.32 MPa under the filling mass fraction of 25%wollastonite.And the tensile strength of modified wollastonite formula was increased to 5.35 MPa under the filling mass fraction of 15%wollastonite.With the increase of the filling amount,the Young’s modulus of the modified composite material increased from 2.86 MPa to 8.14 MPa.The tear strength of the modified formula increased by 73.8%,from 10.49 kN·m^-1 to 18.23 kN·m^-1,while the unmodified formula only increased by 58.7%.Morphological analysis confirmed that the modified powder had better dispersion performance in the matrix,and the combination with the matrix was closer.The decomposition temperature and residual rate of composites significantly increased after the introduction of wollastonite.T 10%and T max were increased by 52.0 and 22.5℃respectively,and residual mass increased by 34.54%.The results indicate that the thermal stability of the material has been improved compared with unmodified materials and the thermal stability after modification is
