摘要
将丙烯酸与一缩二丙二醇酯化得到的减缩功能单体P,再与丙烯酸、异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG)共聚制得减缩型聚羧酸减水剂(PCE1)。研究了普通型聚羧酸减水剂(Point-MS)及合成的PCE1对水泥基材料收缩性能和混凝土收缩性能的影响。结果表明,合成减缩型聚羧酸减水剂PCE1的综合性能优异,具有分散性能佳、保坍能力强和减缩等功能。
Shrinkage reducing polycarboxylate superplasticizer was synthesized with acrylic acid,isopentenol polyoxyethylene ether(TPEG)and shrinkage-reducing monomer P.Monomer P obtained by esterification of acrylic acid with dipropylene glycol.The effects of ordinary polycarboxylate superplasticizer(Point-MS)and the synthetic shrinkage-reducing polycarboxylate superplasticizer(PCE1)on the shrinkage properties of cement-based materials and concrete were studied.The research shows that the synthetic shrinkage-reducing polycarboxylate superplasticizer has excellent comprehensive properties,good dispersing performance,strong slump retention,and shrinkage reduction.
