基于超声断面成像法的钢筋套筒灌浆饱满度检测技术研究 被引量:4

摘要 本文采用超声断面成像法对3个内置灌浆套筒的混凝土剪力墙构件进行检测试验研究,研究结果表明:采用该方法可以快速定性判断套筒灌浆有无缺陷,但定性检测结果也会出现误判的情况,需要进一步的验证;超声断面成像法检测缺陷位置应具有一定深度,建议在远离套筒的检测面进行检测;超声断面成像法能够识别钢筋直径大于等于25mm的套筒灌浆缺陷,无法识别钢筋直径小于等于20mm的套筒灌浆缺陷。 In this paper,the ultrasonic cross-section imaging method is used to test three concrete shear wall members with grouting sleeves.The results show that the method can quickly and qualitatively judge whether there are defects in the sleeve grouting,but the qualitative detection results will also lead to misjudgment,which needs further verification.The ultrasonic section imaging method should have a certain depth to detect the defect position,and it is suggested that the defect location should be in the detection should be carried out at the detection surface far away from the sleeve;the ultrasonic section imaging method can identify the sleeve grouting defects with the reinforcement diameter greater than or equal to 25 mm,but can not identify the sleeve grouting defects with the reinforcement diameter less than or equal to 20 mm.
