阵列式横波检测套筒灌浆饱满度的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对目前各种检测PC构件套筒灌浆饱满度的方法中存在的弊端,选用阵列式横波超声检测仪进行测试。采用钢管中浇筑不同高度的水泥基灌浆料,或者插入钢筋后灌入不同高度的水泥基灌浆料,进行套筒灌浆模拟。使用阵列式横波超声检测仪时,将仪器垂直于套筒轴向的常规测试方法,改为仪器平行重叠于套筒轴向进行测试。观察B-SCAN视图,对比预先设定的套管中不饱满灌浆位置及其尺寸,可以较好的反映套筒中灌浆料的饱满程度。该测试方法对于直径在30mm及以上的套筒灌浆饱满度检测较为准确。 Aiming at the shortcomings of various current methods for detecting the fullness of the sleeve grouting of PC components,an array type shear wave ultrasonic detector is selected for testing.Cement-based grouting of different heights is poured into steel pipes,or cement-based grouting of different heights is poured after steel bars are inserted to simulate sleeve grouting.When using the array type shear wave ultrasonic detector,the test method recommended by the manufacturer of the instrument perpendicular to the sleeve axis is changed to the instrument being parallel and covered to the sleeve axis for testing.Observe the B-SCAN view and compare the pre-set position and size of the non fullness grouting in the casing,which can better reflect the fullness of the grouting in the sleeve.This test method is more accurate for detecting the fullness of sleeve grouting with a diameter of 30 mm and above.
