全媒体环境下的公安信息服务平台安全防护研究 被引量:1

Research on the security protection of public security information ervice platform in the all media environment

摘要 全媒体环境下的公安信息服务平台在警情通报、业务办理和警民互动交流方面发挥重要作用,但也面临着黑客攻击与破坏等外部风险和信息发布操作失误等内部信息安全隐患。为了检验全媒体环境下的公安信息服务平台安全防护策略。采用对照实验法,分别对某地市级公安信息服务平台采取安全防护措施前后的信息安全数据进行实证研究;首先分析全媒体环境下公安信息服务平台的主要服务内容,利用调查的数据分析公安信息服务平台面临的外部和内部风险;然后借鉴WPDRRC模型,设计全媒体环境下包括预警、保护、检测、响应、恢复和反击环节的安全防护策略,并进行了为期一个月的实证研究。从人、技术和策略方面入手的安全防护方案可以有效降低全媒体环境下的公安信息服务平台面临的外部和内容风险。 The public security information service platform in the all media environment plays an important role in the police situation notification,business management and interaction between the police and the people,but it also faces external risks such as hacker attacks and sabotage,and internal information security risks such as information publishing operation errors.The security protection strategies of the public security information service platform in the all media environment are needed to test.The comparison experimental method is used to make an empirical study on the information security data before and after the security protection measures are taken for a city level public security information service platform.Firstly,the main service contents of the public security information service platform are analyzed under the all media environment,the external and internal risks faced by the public security information service platform are analyzed by using the survey data,Secondly,Based on WPDRRC model the security protection strategies are designed in the all media environment,which includes of early warning,protection,detection,response,recovery and counterattack.Thirdly,an empirical study is carried out for one month.the security protection scheme from the aspects of human,technology and strategy can effectively reduce the external and content risks faced by the public security information service platform in the all media environment.
