摘要
随着互联网技术的迅速发展,传统媒体与新媒体交织共存的全媒体时代业已来临。多种传播媒介的交互作用使得传统的传播模式被打破,全媒体时代的舆论场更加动态、复杂和多变,为公共危机舆情的发生发展提供了新的路径。本文基于传播学和公共危机管理理论,在分析全媒体时代公共危机舆情传播现状的基础上,根据危机演化的四阶段理论,构建全媒体时代公共危机舆情的传播路径分析模型,分阶段剖析公共危机舆情传播动态过程中各主体间的相互作用与演化机理,进而提出全媒体时代完善我国公共危机舆情管理的政策建议。
With the rapid development of Internet technology, the era of omni-media, which consists of traditional media and new media, has come. The interaction of various media has caused the traditional mode to be broken. And the public opinion field in the omni-media era is more dynamic, complex and changeable, which provides a new path for the development of public crisis opinion. Based on the theory of communication and public crisis management, this paper analyzes the current situation of public crisis opinion communication in the omnimedia era. And then it builds a communication path analysis model in the omni-media era based on the fourstage theory of crisis evolution, so as to analyze the interaction and evolutionary mechanism of each subject in the dynamic process of public crisis opinion communication in stages. Next the article puts forward some policy suggestions to improve public crisis opinion management in the omni-media era.
