摘要
国家药品智慧监管平台是在国家药品监督管理局(以下简称“国家药监局”)“互联网+政务服务”架构体系下,依托统一身份认证体系实现监管人员的统一入口,通过平台门户集成,充分发挥云计算、大数据和“互联网+”优势,实现了业务系统单点登录业务实时处理、新闻通知公告及时发布、待办催办及时提醒、消息实时推送等,进一步强化了精准监管和科学监管,有助于提升监管效能,推进社会共治、阳光监管。本研究拟基于国家药品智慧监管平台整体工作要求和建设目标,结合工作实践,通过简介国家药品智慧监管平台建设的政策背景、建设架构设计思路、支撑体系,以及建设工作推进过程中的创新应用场景设计思路等,梳理出一整套药品智慧监管解决方案,有效提升了政府系统办公效率,畅通了部门之间数据共享交换渠道,为实现业务移动化办理打下了基础。
National Drug Intelligent Supervision Platform is a unified entrance for supervisors relying on a unified identity authentication system to achieve Under National Medical Products Administration's(NMPA's)“Internet+Government Service”architecture system.Through platform portal integration,National Drug Intelligent Supervision Platform give full play to the advantages of cloud computing,big data and"Internet+",which realize the real-time processing of single sign-on services in the business system,the timely release of news notifications,timely reminders of pending reminders,and real-time push of messages etc.Precise supervision and scientific supervision were strengthened further,and it will help improve supervision efficiency,promote social governance and sunny supervision.Based on the overall work requirements and construction goals of the National Drug Intelligent Supervision Platform,this research sorted out a complete set of drug smart supervision solutions through introducing the policy background,construction architecture design ideas,support systems,and innovative application scenarios design ideas in the construction of the National Drug Intelligent Supervision Platform and combining with work practices,which effectively improved office efficiency of the government system,unblocked the data sharing and exchange channels between departments,and builded the foundation for the realization of business mobile management.
