摘要
研究煤矿生产过程中液压支架电液控制系统的作用,以期为此后煤矿开采工作提供更多依据。分析煤矿液压支架电液控制系统组成部分、设计软件与硬件系统,保证发挥电液控主机功能、支架控制以及子系统作用,制定可行的设计应用方案。液压支架电液控制系统在煤矿开采过程中应用效果良好,实现了无人化远程自动化管理,减少了井下作业人员数量。在煤矿开采期间应用液压支架电液控制系统,可以保证良好的开采效果,提高企业的经济效益。
The role of the electro-hydraulic control system of hydraulic support in the process of coal mine production was studied in order to provide more basis for coal mining.The components of the electro-hydraulic control system,design software and hardware system of the coal mine hydraulic support were analyzed to ensure that the functions of the electro-hydraulic control host,support control and subsystems were played out,and feasible design application schemes were formulated.The application effect of hydraulic support electro-hydraulic control system is good in the process of coal mining,which realizes the unmanned remote automatic management and reduces the number of underground workers.The application of hydraulic support electro-hydraulic control system during coal mining can ensure good mining effect and improve the economic benefits of enterprises.
