摘要
以西铭矿49407综采工作面支架的电液控制为工程背景,介绍了ZDYZ型支架电液控制系统组成、工作原理及整体设计。经实际应用,工作面现场支架运行状况良好、跟机跟顶及时、无漏顶等现象。支架电液控制系统运行的安全可靠性对保证工作面安全高效生产、以及进一步实现工作面无人化、智能化开采具有积极的现实意义。
Taking the electro-hydraulic control of the 49407 fully mechanized mining face support of Ximing Mine as the engineering background,the composition,working principle and overall design of the ZDYZ support electro-hydraulic control system are introduced.The on-site support of the working face is in good working condition,with the machine following the roof timely and without roof leakage.The safety and reliability of the operation of the electro-hydraulic control system of the support has positive practical significance to ensure the safe and efficient production of the working face,and to further realize the unmanned and intelligent mining of the working face.
