摘要
为探寻煤矿超大采高液压支架运行质量的提升路径,研究人员基于有限元分析方法,以某煤矿超大采高液压支架运行过程中的实际问题为基础展开研究,首先明确了造成煤矿超大采高液压支架出现运行问题的力学因素,然后基于这些因素针对性地优化了液压支架中的掩护梁,并对优化结果进行了仿真分析。分析结果显示,本次优化方案取得了一定成效。
In order to explore the path to improve the operation quality of the hydraulic support for oversized mining height in coal mine,the researchers carried out the research based on the finite element analysis method and the actual problems in the operation process of the hydraulic support for oversized mining height in a coal mine.Firstly,the mechanical factors causing the operation problems of the hydraulic support for oversized mining height in coal mine were identified.Then,based on these factors,the shield beam in the hydraulic support is optimized,and the optimization results are simulated.The analysis results show that the optimization program has achieved certain results.
