摘要
教-评一体化理念在教学中的运用有利于课程标准的落实。当前的课程改革亟需教师具备相当的校内学业评价素养,以实践教-评一体化理念并落实课程标准。本文通过对SH市初中各科教师的校内学业评价素养现状进行调查,结果发现大部分初中各科教师能将课程标准作为主要教学和校内评价依据,但教师的评价理论与知识基础较为薄弱,将评价理论运用于校内评价实践的能力仍有欠缺,教-评一致程度不足。数据分析显示,不同教龄、职称、性别以及不同学校类型的教师在评价素养的不同方面有显著差异,教龄长、职称高的教师具有更高的评价素养,教-评一致程度更高;显著影响教师评价素养的因素是教师的学历和教龄。通过比较其他国家提升教师学业评价素养的策略,指出提高教师校内学业评价素养对落实国家课程改革精神、更好地实施考试评价改革有重要意义,可通过明确教师入职及在职标准、构建指导性的校内评价方案、由专业考试评价机构实施培训等方式提高教师的校内学业评价素养。
In the current context of curriculum reform, Teacher assessment literacy is particularly important for the implementation of curriculum standards.Therefore,this paper investigates the current situation of Teacher assessment literacy of junior middle school teachers in SH city,the results show that most junior middle school teachers can take curriculum standard as the Teaching and Assessment objectives in school Teaching,but teachers’ knowledge of educational assessment is relatively weak.There is still a lack of ability to apply assessment theory to school assessment practice,and the consistency between teaching and assessment is also relatively lacking.The results of data analysis show that teachers with different teaching age,professional title,gender and different school types have significant differences in assessment literacy. Teachers with longer teaching age and higher professional title show higher assessment literacy,and the consistency between teaching and assessment is higher;the factors that significantly affect teachers’ assessment literacy are teachers’ educational background and teaching age.By comparing the strategies to improve Teacher assessment literacy of other countries,It is proposed that improving the quality of academic evaluation in school is of great significance to the implementation of the national curriculum;By defining the pre-service and on-the-job standards of teachers,developing a guiding academic evaluation program in schools and carry out training by educational examinations authority,It will to be improve the Teacher assessment literacy.
