幼儿园教师“发展性评价能力”评价标准的研制及特点 被引量:2

摘要 “发展性评价能力”是幼儿园教师专业能力的重要维度,深刻影响幼儿持续发展与教师专业成长。幼儿园教师“发展性评价能力”评价标准研制经历明晰基础、框架设立、内容建构、检验完善等步骤,研制结果涵盖“理解发展性评价”“实施发展性评价”“运用评价结果”3个基本维度,包括“明确评价目的”“掌握评价知识”“评价内容全面”“评价主体多元”“评价方法多样”“运用技术工具”“促进教学改进”“赏识与激励幼儿”“家园沟通与合作”9项评价标准。该评价标准以发展性为评价理念的价值导向、以情境性为评价过程的实施要义、以激励性为评价结果的运用指向,对于评价与提升我国幼儿园教师专业能力,促进教师更好支持儿童发展具有积极意义。 “Developmental evaluation ability”is an important dimension of kindergarten teachers’professional ability.It has a profound impact on children’s sustainable development and teachers’pro⁃fessional growth.The construction of the evaluation criteria for the“developmental evaluation ability”has gone through steps such as clarifying the foundation,establishing a framework,constructing con⁃tent,and testing and improving.The development results cover three basic dimensions:“understanding developmental evaluation,”“implementing developmental evaluation,”and“applying evaluation re⁃sults”。There are 9 evaluation criteria,including“clear evaluation purpose”,“mastery of evaluation knowledge”,“comprehensive evaluation content”,“diverse evaluation subjects”,“diverse evaluation methods”,“using technical tools”,“promoting teaching improvement”,“appreciating and motivating young children”,and“home communication and cooperation”.The evaluation criteria,with develop⁃mental as the value orientation of the evaluation concept,situational as the implementation essence of the evaluation process,and motivational as the application direction of the evaluation results,have pos⁃itive significance for evaluating and improving the professional ability of kindergarten teachers in Chi⁃na,and promoting teachers to better support children’s development.
