摘要
教育部制定《中小学德育工作指南》(以下简称《指南》),是贯彻党的"十八大"精神,加强学校德育工作的一项重大举措,为西部地区农村中小学构建完整的中小学德育体系提供了方向指引和政策保障。与东部地区相比,西部地区农村中小学在贯彻落实立德树人理念存在着教学媒体设备缺乏,师资力量薄弱以及专业化程度低,思想政治课"边缘化",教学内容枯燥、手段单一等问题。要改变这一状况,西部地区农村中小学需转变观念,丰富育人载体,优化师资队伍,传承红色基因,开展立体形象的德育工作。
The Ministry of Education has formulated the Guide to Moral Education in Primary and Middle Schools(hereinafter referred to as the Guide),which is a major measure to implement the spirit of the 18th CPC National Congress and strengthen the work of moral education in schools.And it provides guidance to and policy for the construction of a complete moral education system in rural primary and secondary schools in the western region.Compared with the eastern region,there are some problems in the implementation of the concept of moral education in rural primary and secondary schools in the western region,such as lack of teaching media equipment,unstable teaching staffs,low degree of specialization,"marginalization"of ideological and political courses,boring teaching content,single means and so on.In order to change this situation,rural primary and secondary schools in the western region need to change their concepts,enrich educational carriers,optimize teaching staffs,inherit Red genes,and carry out three-dimensional moral education.
