摘要
石油化工装置工艺管道的设计可对企业正常的生产秩序与安全投产带来深远影响,故而应高度重视其设计成果,有利于提高石化装置操作水平。在此之上,分析了石油化工装置工艺管道设计的影响因素与设计原则,并通过全面提高设计人员素质、合理选择工艺管道材料、加强吹扫组织性设计、注重管线布设合理性等策略,增加石油化工装置工艺管道设计的合理性,满足石化企业发展需求。
The design of process pipelines in petrochemical plants can have a profound impact on the normal production order and safe commissioning of enterprises.Therefore,great attention should be paid to the design results,which will help improve the operation level of petrochemical plants.On top of this,the influencing factors and design principles of process piping design of petrochemical plants are briefly analyzed,and strategies such as comprehensively improving the quality of designers,rationally selecting process piping materials,strengthening purge organizational design,and paying attention to the rationality of pipeline layout,etc.In this way,the rationality of the process pipeline design of petrochemical plants can be increased to meet the development needs of petrochemical enterprises.
