摘要
在海洋平台的建造过程中,管线试压是其不可缺少的环节,平台上管线的材质种类较多,试压时对洁净水水质的要求也较高,且管线复杂,试压包数量多,试压时洁净水的消耗量大。设计回用该部分水不仅能够显著的降低试压成本,有利于节能减排政策的实施。通过对试压阶段用水水质的测定和小试试验,比选和优化试压水回收处理工艺,并结合工况最终确定设计方案,为建造场地试压洁净水的回收工作提供参考。
In the process of offshore platform construction, pipeline pressure test is the indispensable link. The pipeline material types of offshore oil platform varies, the test water quality requirement is very strictly, and the pipelines are complex, the number of pressure test package of every offshore oil platform project is large, and the consumption of clean water is bigger. The water used in pressure test is recycled in order to reduce pressure test cost and the energy conservation and emission reduction policy is carried out. The water used in the pipeline pressure is analyzed and tested. The treatment process of recycled water is compared and optimized. The design scheme is obtained according to the situation on site. It provides reference for recycle of pressure test water of construction site.
