摘要
为保证海上固定平台生活楼在海上首次顺利启用,应尽可能在陆地建造阶段完成设备调试、各系统管线试压、气密等测试工作,确保各系统具备使用条件。海上吊装完成后,按照生活楼启用方案,逐个启动各个系统。介绍了生活楼主要系统、启用前准备及启用流程,对首次启用过程中常见问题进行探讨分析,并提出预防措施和解决方案。
In order to ensure that the living building on fixed offshore platform is put into operation successfully for the first time,the equipment debugging and the pipeline pressure test and air tightness test of all systems should be completed in the land construction stage as far as possible,so as to ensure that each system has the service conditions.After the offshore installation is completed,each system will be started one by one according to the commissioning scheme of the living building.This paper introduces the main systems of the living building,preparation before use and start-up process,discusses and analyzes the common problems in the first commis⁃sioning process,and puts forward preventive measures and solutions.
