摘要
以工程实例为基础,对深水导管架拖航分析的基本原理、载荷和边界条件的处理方法等问题进行探讨,提出一种较为高效的计算方法。该方法主要从导管架支撑件的受力方面考虑,对船舶的水平运动和相对应的旋转运动进行组合,从而将原本需计算的512种工况减少到64种,甚至在某些情况下减少到16种,并对提出的方法进行验算。此外,根据导管架实际安装流程提出一种更加符合实际的边界条件,使考虑的问题更全面。同时,整理出一份关于海洋工程运输分析的总体流程以供参考。
This paper discusses the basic principles,load and boundary setting method and some other problems concerning the towing analysis of a deepwater jacket based on an actual project,and proposes a high efficient calculation method.This method mainly considers the forces acting on the jacket that supports the components,and combines the vessel's horizontal motions with the corresponding rotational motions,so as to reduce the load cases from the previous 512 to 64,or even 16 under certain conditions.The method is validated through calculations.Moreover,a more reasonable boundary condition is proposed according to the actual installation process of the jacket,which takes into account more comprehensive considerations.Meanwhile,a general procedure for the offshore transportation analysis is summarized for reference.
