摘要
总结了我国目前石化装置大修改造工程的管理现状和相关问题,并深入探讨了目前在大修改造工程管理方面出现的新尝试和新手段,系统分析了多种新型管理模式的特点和优势,并在此基础上,提出了多项有助于推动大修改造工程规范化、精细化的建议。研究对我国石化装置大修改造工程具有一定的指导的意义。
This article summarized the management status and related problems of petrochemical plant overhaul and renovation project in China,and the new attempt and new means in the management were also discussed.Then the characteristics and advantages of various new management modes were analyzed systematically.And on this basis,some suggestions were put forward to promote the standardization and refinement of overhaul project.The research in this paper has a certain guiding significance for the petrochemical plant overhaul and renovation project.
