摘要
介绍了化工工艺设计中的常见设计点,包括异径管设计、弯头设计、阀门设计与连接设计,进行了化工工艺装置蒸汽管道配管设计研究,提出布置蒸汽管道,设计排液设施,设计蒸汽支管,设计蒸汽凝液管,为化工工艺装置设计提供了一定的参考意见。
This paper introduces the common design points in chemical process design,including reducer design,elbow design,valve design and connection design,carries out the research on the piping design of steam pipeline in chemical process unit,puts forward the layout of steam pipeline,the design of drainage facilities,the design of steam branch pipe and the design of steam condensate pipe,which provides some reference for the design of chemical process unit.
