摘要 化工管道运输过程中蒸汽伴热系统在其中起到至关重要的作用。针对目前生产实际中对蒸汽伴热系统设计缺乏重视,设计存在不够完善、不够统一、不规范,同时现有的计算方式较为落后等问题,采用先进的计算机数值模拟技术,能够实现精确计算伴热效果和传热效率,优化蒸汽伴管设计,减少热损失。文章回顾化工工艺蒸汽伴热系统设计研究进展情况,结合工程实践,从设计原则和设计内容两个方面详细介绍蒸汽伴热系统设计要点,引导规范设计,并提出使用先进计算机数值模拟技术,优化系统设计,为施工操作人员提供便利。 The steam tracing system plays a crucial role in the transportation of chemical pipelines. In view of the current lack of attention to the design of steam tracing systems in the actual production, the system is not perfect, not uniform, and not standardized. At the same time, the existing calculation methods are relatively backward and other issues, and advanced computer numerical simulation technology can be used to accurately calculate heat tracing. Effectiveness and heat transfer efficiency, optimizing the design of steam traced pipe, reducing heat loss. This article reviews the progress of design and research of chemical process steam tracing systems, combines engineering practice, introduces the design and design points of the steam tracing system in detail from two aspects of design principles and design content, guides the design of specifications, and proposes the use of advanced computer numerical simulation technology. System design provides convenience for construction operators.
