摘要
石油化工工艺实现过程中,蒸汽管道作为主要的公用工程管道,在工业生产中具有重要的应用价值。首先介绍了石油化工工艺装置蒸汽管道配管的布置特征与配管设计要求,其次对蒸汽管道排液设施的设置、凝液设施的设置以及其他管道布置的要点进行探讨,希望可以提升管道设施的整体应用水平,为行业的可持续健康发展创造良好的条件。
In the process of petrochemical process,steam pipeline,as the main utility pipeline,has an important application value in industrial production.This paper first introduces the layout features and design requirements of the steam pipeline piping in petrochemical process units,then discusses the key points of the steam pipeline drainage facilities,the condensate facilities and other pipeline layout,hoping to effectively improve the overall application level of the pipeline facilities and create good conditions for the sustainable and healthy development of the industry.
