摘要 为实现对石化企业现场风险信息的全方位获取和安全事故的有效防范,深入研究低功率广域网(LPWAN),基于LoRa技术的优选和应用,研制了具有高防爆性能的分体式多功能监控监测设备。通过集成气体传感监测、精准定位、视频监控及智能分析等技术,形成现场的全方位安全监管和监测预警系统。LoRa/蜂窝通信技术混搭和融合组网辅助实现了现场多维信息的采集传输、设备组网和智能联动报警,增强企业识别、分析和处置现场多风险异常情况能力,不断提升石化企业智能化安全监管水平。 In order to obtain the omnibearing field risk information of petrochemical enterprises and effectively prevent safety accidents,split-type multi-function monitoring equipment with high explosion-proof performance has been developed.Low power wide networks(LPWAN)was deeply studied,and LoRa technology is selected and applied.Combined with gas sensor monitoring,precise positioning,video monitoring and intelligent analysis technology,a omnibearing safety supervision and monitoring early warning system has been formed.The combination of LoRa/Cellular communication technology and fusion networking assisted the realization of multi-dimensional information collection and transmission,equipment networking and intelligent linkage alarm.The ability that enterprises identify,analyze and deal with multiple risk anomalies is enhanced and the capacity of intelligent safety supervision of petrochemical enterprises will be continuously improved.
