摘要
针对危化品全流程追溯工作中的安全管理问题,基于北京市现行危化品全流程追溯系统的试点工作,探讨了危化品全流程管理在危险化学品生产、经营、使用企业的运用,总结危化品全流程追溯系统在安全管理领域存在的问题并提出相应建议。危化品实行全流程追溯管理对监管部门及企业明确责任划分及提升安全管理水平具有重要意义。
In response to the safety management issues in the full process traceability of hazardous chemicals,based on the pilot work of the current hazardous chemical full process traceability system in Beijing,this paper explores the application of hazardous chemical full process management in hazardous chemical production,operation,and use enterprises.It summarizes some problems in the safety management field of the hazardous chemical full process traceability system and puts forward corresponding suggestions.The implementation of full process traceability management for hazardous chemicals is of great significance for regulatory authorities and enterprises to clarify responsibility allocation and improve safety management level.
