摘要
为提升普通暖壶的防爆性能,根据碰撞力学相关原理,对暖壶底座的极限应力以及碰撞的作用时间进行了分析,发现在暖壶底座填加缓冲材料可吸收碰撞产生的能量,延长接触时间。基于此,设计了一种新型的可提高暖壶抗摔性能的底座。实验结果表明,该方案可有效减缓因碰撞而产生的冲击力,从而在一定程度上提高暖壶的可靠性。
In order to improve the explosion-proof performance of ordinary thermos,according to the relevant principles of collision mechanics,the limit stress of thermos base and the action time of collision are analyzed.It is found that the energy generated by collision can be absorbed and the contact time can be prolonged by adding buffer material to thermos base.Based on this,a new type of base has been designed,which can improve the anti falling performance of the thermos.The experimental results show that the scheme can effectively reduce the impact force caused by collision and improve the reliability of the thermos to a certain extent.
