摘要
目的探讨综合护理措施在人工关节假体置换术治疗膝关节周围恶性骨肿瘤患者的临床效果。方法选取2016年3月至2020年3月间西安市红会医院收治的行人工关节假体置换术治疗的84例膝关节周围恶性肿瘤患者,采用随机数表法分为研究组和对照组,每组42例。对照组患者采用常规护理措施,研究组患者在此基础上采用综合护理措施,比较两组患者膝关节恢复效果、术后并发症发生情况及干预前后生活质量。结果研究组患者膝关节恢复优良率为73.8%,高于对照组的52.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者术后并发症发生率为4.8%,低于对照组的19.%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预3个月时,研究组患者生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理措施在人工关节假体置换术治疗膝关节周围恶性骨肿瘤患者中,有较好的应用效果,适于临床推广。
Objective To explore the efficacy of comprehensive nursing in patients with malignant bone tumors around the knee joint undergoing prosthetic joint replacement.Methods From March 2016 to March 2020,84 patients with malignant tumors around the knee joint who underwent prosthetic replacement at Xi'an Red Cross Hospital were selected and randomly divided into a study group and a control group with 42 patients in each group.The study group was given comprehensive nursing apart from conventional nursing and a control group was given conventional nursing.measures,The recovery of knee joint,postoperative complications and the quality of life before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of knee joint recovery was 73.8%in the study group which was higher than 52.4%of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications was 4.8%in the study group which was lower than 19.0%in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in scores of quality of life between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).At 3 months after the intervention,scores of quality of life were higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing measures shows significant efficacy in patients with malignant bone tumors around the knee joint undergoing artificial joint replacement,which is suitable for clinical application.
