摘要
目的:探讨围术期综合护理在膝关节周围骨肉瘤行人工假体置换术患者中的应用效果。方法:将50例膝关节周围骨肉瘤行人工假体置换术患者随机分为对照组和观察组各25例,对照组实施基础护理,观察组实施围术期综合护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:两组Enneking骨骼肌肉肿瘤下肢评分量表(MSTS)评分、术后并发症发生率及汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对膝关节周围骨肉瘤行人工假体置换术患者实施围术期综合护理,有利于患者肢体功能康复,降低并发症发生率,改善其心理状态,提高睡眠质量。
Objective： To investigate the effect of perioperative comprehensive care on patients with osteosarcoma around knee joint undergoing prosthetic replacement. Methods： A total of 50 patients with osteosarcoma around the knee undergoing prosthesis replacement were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 25 cases in each group. The control group received basic nursing care,while the observation group was implemented comprehensive nursing care in the perioperative period. The nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results： There were statistically significant differences in Enneking skeletal muscle tumors of the lower extremity scale（ MSTS） score,postoperative complication rate and Hamilton Anxiety Scale（ HAMA）,Hamilton Depression Scale（ HAMD）,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale（ PSQI） scores between two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The perioperative comprehensive nursing for patients with osteosarcoma around knee joint undergoing prosthetic replacement is beneficial to the rehabilitation of limb function,to reduce the complication rate,to improve the psychological status and to improve the quality of sleep.
