摘要
指出了森林碳汇是森林植物通过光合作用吸收大气中的CO2并将其固定在林木或土壤中以减少大气中CO2的浓度来调节碳循环,进而影响气候变化。采用森林蓄积量换算因子法对2016~2019年德宏州森林固碳量进行了核算与分析。结果表明:2016~2019年德宏州森林碳储量由100603100 t增加到了104572400 t,增加了3969300 t,增长3.95%;森林碳汇增量为590100 t。按照2019年全国碳汇试点市场交易平均价格27.76元/t,2019年底森林碳储量价值约29.03亿元;2016~2019碳储量增加价值约1.10亿元;碳汇增量价值约0.16亿元;森林碳汇潜力巨大。
Forest carbon sinks is a process in which plants absorb CO2 by photosynthesis and fix it on the woods or soils,reducing the density of CO2 to adjust the circulation of carbon and influence the climate.In this paper,forests carbon stored in Dehong Autonomous Prefecture from 2016 to 2019 is calculated and analyzed by the essence theory of forests in carbon sequestration.The results show that the amount has increased by 3.9693 million tons,an increase of 3.95 percent from 100.6031 million tons to 104.5724 million tons,and the increment of forest carbon sinks is 590.1 thousand tons.According to the average transaction price¥27.76 per ton of the national market for forest carbon in 2019,the carbon storage of that year is worth¥2.903 billion.The estimate of the increased value from 2016 to 2019 is¥110 million and that of forest carbon sinks is¥16 million,which means it has great potential.
