云南维西县域乔木林碳储量与碳汇价值估算研究

摘要 基于云南省维西县第三次(2006年)和第四次(2016年)森林资源二类调查成果,运用生物量转换因子法,对乔木林生物量进行了估算;运用生物量-碳储量转换系数法,估算了乔木林碳储量;按照储量变化,对维西县2006到2016年10 a期间乔木林林碳汇量进行了估算,在此基础上,利用碳税率法、造林成本法、碳市场CEA价格法,分别估算了维西县乔木林碳汇价值。结果表明:(1)2006年和2016年维西县森林碳储量分别为2.174 89×10^(4)Gg C(1Gg=109g)和2.323 2×10^(4)Gg C,蓄积量分别为4.582 69×107m^(3)和4.851 03×107m^(3),平均碳密度分别为66.49 Mg C·hm^(-2)(1Mg=106g)和70.87 Mg C·hm^(-2)(含地上部分和地下部分,不包括枯死木、枯落物和土壤有机碳)。10 a期间碳密度净增4.38 Mg C·hm^(-2),碳汇量为1 483.1 Gg C。(2)在林分起源方面,2006到2016年维西县乔木林碳储量一直以天然林为主;在龄组方面,2006到2016年,维西县乔木林碳储量比例较高的是中龄林、近熟林和成熟林;在树种方面,2006年到2016年,维西县的云南松、冷杉和栎类的碳储量最大。(3)按碳税率法、造林成本法、碳市场CEA价格法测算,2006年到2016年平均森林碳汇价值分别为17.8亿元、4.1亿元和0.86亿元。综上,反映出云南省维西县域乔木林碳储量一直不断增加,体现了该地区生态系统的健康和稳定性,但其碳汇经济价值还有很大的优化空间,应有针对性地强化森林的科学抚育和经营管理,持续提高森林的固碳能力。 Based on the results of the third(2006)and fourth(2016)forest resource surveys in Weixi County,Yunnan Province,the biomass conversion factor method was used to estimate the biomass of the forest.The biomass-carbon conversion coefficient method was used to estimate the carbon storage of the forest.Based on the changes in storage,the carbon sequestration of the forest in Weixi County during the 10-year period from 2006 to 2016 was estimated.On this basis,the carbon tax rate method,afforestation cost method,and carbon market CEA price method were used to estimate the carbon sequestration value of the forest in Weixi County.The results showed that:(1)In 2006 and 2016,the forest carbon stock in Weixi County was 2.17489×10^(4) Gg C(1Gg=109 g)and 2.3232×10^(4) Gg C respectively.The carbon accumulation was 4.58269×107 m^(3) and 4.85103×107 m^(3) respectively.The average carbon density was 66.49 Mg C·hm^(-2)(1Mg=106 g)and 70.87 Mg C·hm^(-2)(including above-ground and below-ground parts,excluding dead wood,litter,and soil organic carbon).The net increase in carbon density during the 10-year period was 4.38 Mg C·hm^(-2),with a carbon sink of 1483.1 Gg C.(2)In terms of origin,natural forests have been the main type of tree forest carbon stock in Weixi County from 2006 to 2016.In terms of age group,middle-aged forests,nearmature forests,and mature forests had the highest proportion of carbon stock in Weixi County from 2006 to 2016.In terms of tree species,Pinus yunnanensis、Abies fabri and Quercus spp.had the largest carbon stock in Weixi County from 2006 to 2016.(3)According to the carbon tax rate method,afforestation cost method,and carbon market CEA price method,the average forest carbon sequestration value from 2006 to 2016 was 1.78 billion yuan,410 million yuan,and 87 million yuan respectively.Overall,this reflects a continuous increase in the carbon stock of tree forests in Weixi County,Yunnan Province,indicating the health and stability of the local ecosystem.However,there is still significant room for optimizi
