摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定十味苦硝熏洗散制剂的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱(十八烷基键合硅胶250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.025mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液(8∶92),检测波长为220nm,柱温40℃。结果苦参碱线性关系在0.0256~0.2558μg良好,r=0.99995,平均加样回收率99.64%,RSD=1.85%;氧化苦参碱线性关系在0.2816~1.2671μg良好,r=0.9998,平均加样回收率98.82%,RSD=0.92%。结论本法操作简便、结果准确、重现性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of matrine and oxymatrine in ShiWei KuXiao XunXiPowder by HPLC.METHODS The content was determined by High Performance Liquid Chromatography with capillary chromatographic column(ODS 250mm×4.6mm,5μm).The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.025mol·L-1 monopotassium phosphate solution(8∶92),the detection wavelength was 220nm,the column temperature was 40℃.RESULTS The matrine gained a good linear relationship within the range of 0.0256-0.2558μg,r=0.99995,while the average recovery were 99.64%,RSD=1.85%,The oxymatrine gained a good linear relationship within the range of 0.2816-1.2671μg,r=0.9998,while the average recovery were 98.82%,RSD=0.92%.CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate and with good reproducibility,and can be used as a standard to control the quality of the preparation.
