摘要
目的:HPLC法测定不同产地苦参中苦参碱和氧化苦参碱的含量。方法:HPLC条件:Waters Spherisorb 5μm NH24.6mm×250mm;流动相:乙腈-无水乙醇-3%磷酸溶液(80∶10∶10),流速1.0ml.min-1;检测波长220nm。结论:不同产地苦参中苦参碱、氧化苦参碱含量及其比例存在明显差异,可为评价不同产地苦参质量提供依据。
Objective: Determination of matrine and oxymatrine in Sophora flavescens from different regions by HPLC. Method : Chromatography was perfomed on a 5μm Waters Spherisorb NH2 (4.6mm × 250mm) at 25℃. The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile-ethanol-3% phosphorous acid solution(80: 10: 10) with a flow rate of 1.0ml·min^-1. The detective wave is 220nm. Conclusion : The contents and proportion of matrine and oxymatrine in Sophora flaveseens from different regions are very distinct, this can provides the foundation for the quality evaluation of Sophora flaveseens from different regions.
