摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法同时测定维药玫瑰花瓣中金丝桃苷、异槲皮苷和槲皮苷的含量。方法:采用Agilent Eclipse TC-C 18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.2%磷酸水溶液为流动相,流速1.0 mL·min^-1,柱温35℃,检测波长360 nm。结果:金丝桃苷、异槲皮苷和槲皮苷质量浓度分别为6.08~79.10、17.40~226.20、17.44~226.72μg·mL^-1,在相应线性范围内线性关系良好,精密度、稳定性、重复性、回收率试验RSD均小于2.0%,平均加样回收率分别为109.4%、101.2%和105.7%。结论:该方法简便准确,可用于玫瑰花瓣药材中黄酮类成分的含量测定和质量评价。
Objective:To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of hyperoside,isoquercitrin and quercitrin in Uygur medicine rose petal.Methods:The HPLC method was performed on an Agilent Eclipse TC-C 18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)with a gradient elution of acetonitrile and 0.2% phosphoric acid solution,The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1,the column temperature was 35℃ and the detection wavelength was set at 360 nm.Results:The content of hyperoside,isoquercitrin and quercitrin were 6.08-279.10,17.40-226.20 and 17.44-226.72μg·mL^-1,respectively.There was good linearity within the linear range.RSD of precision,stability,repeatability and recoveries test were all less than 2.0%,and the average recoveries were 109.4%,101.2% and 105.7%.Conclusion:The established HPLC method is simple and accurate,It can be applied for the flavones determination and quality evaluation of rose petal.
