摘要
目的:观察自拟补气化瘀汤联合西药治疗产后子宫复旧不全恶露不绝的疗效。方法:将102例产后子宫复旧不全恶露不绝的产妇随机分为观察组和对照组,各51例。对照组分娩后给予缩宫素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予自拟中药复方补气化瘀汤,比较产后不同时间点临床症状及体征(小腹疼痛、子宫压痛、腰腹坠胀感、恶露)缓解或持续时间;并通过超声测定子宫体大小,进行疗效比较。结果:观察组恶露排出量等临床观察指标、临床疗效均显著优于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟补气化瘀汤联合西药治疗产后子宫复旧不全恶露不绝,临床疗效显著。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of Buqi huayu decoction combined with western medicine on postpartum uterine involution.Methods:102 puerperal women were randomly divided into observation group and control group,51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oxytocin after delivery.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was treated with Buqi huayu decoction,and the time of relieving abdominal pain,tenderness of uterus,swelling of waist and abdomen,and the duration of lochia were compared at different time points after delivery,the size of uterine body was measured,and the curative effect was compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the amount of lochia in the observation group was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Buqi huayu decoction combined with western medicine is effective in the treatment of puerperal women with incomplete uterine involution and persistent lochia.
