摘要
目的分析康复治疗仪低频脉冲电疗法对产后子宫恢复的效果.方法将2019年2月—2020年1月于聊城市东昌府人民医院接受治疗的产妇120例随机分成两组,对照组采用传统治疗,观察组在此基础上使用康复治疗仪低频脉冲电疗法治疗,对比两组产妇子宫、乳房恢复情况和产后宫底高度.结果观察组产妇的恶露持续时间(2.21±0.45)d短于对照组的(3.66±0.59)d,观察组的乳房恢复情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组产后1、3、5 d的宫底高度均比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论低频脉冲电疗法对产后子宫恢复的效果显著.
Objective To analyze the effect of low-frequency pulse electrotherapy with rehabilitation therapy instrument on postpartum uterine recovery.Methods 120 cases of parturients who were treated at Liaocheng Dongchangfu People's Hospital from February 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with traditional treatment,and the observation group was treated with low-frequency pulse electrotherapy with rehabilitation therapy instrument on the basis of control group.The recovery of uterus and breast and height of postpartum fundus of the two groups of women were compared.Results The duration of lochia in the observation group was(2.21±0.45)d,shorter than(3.66±0.59)d of the control group,and the indexes of breast recovery of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The heights of the fundus of the uterus of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 1,3,and 5 days after delivery,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Low-frequency pulse electrotherapy has a significant effect on postpartum uterine recovery.
