摘要
目的探讨低频电刺激联合中药封包治疗人工流产术后并发症的临床疗效。方法选择2015年1月~2016年6月期间在本院行人工流产术的4000例患者作为研究对象(排除人工流产后组织物残留病例),按照治疗方法分为低频组、中药组、低频+中药组和对照组,各1000例;观察四组人工流产术后并发症发生情况、预后转归及生育情况。结果低频+中药组术后阴道流血量、术后阴道流血时间、术后阴道流血发生率、术后1d疼痛评分、术后2d疼痛评分、疼痛缓解时间、宫缩重度疼痛发生率、术后月经恢复时间、月经紊乱发生率、盆腔炎性疾病发生率、宫腔粘连发生率均显著低于低频组、中药组、对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。四组并发症患者经低频电刺激联合中药封包及西药药物治疗后,好转或治愈。低频+中药组人工流产术后并发症发生率4.80%,显著低于低频组9.10%、中药组12.00%、对照组17.30%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);低频组、中药组人工流产术后并发症比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但两者均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论低频电刺激联合中药封包治疗人工流产术后并发症临床疗效可靠。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of low frequency electrical stimulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine packet in the treatment of postoperative complications of induced abortion. Methods During the period from January 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital 4000 cases of artificial abortion patients as the research object,according to treatment methods are divided into low frequency and low frequency group,Chinese medicine group plus traditional Chinese medicine group and control group, 1000 cases in each;The incidence of complications, prognosis and fertility of the 4 groups were observed. Results Low frequency＋TCM group postoperative vaginal bleeding,postoperative vaginal bleeding time,postoperative vaginal bleeding incidence,postoperative ID pain score,postoperative 2D pain score,pain relief time,uterine contraction pain rate,postoperative menstrual recovery time,the rate of menstrual disorder,the incidence and the incidence of intrauterine adhesions were significantly lower than the low frequency group,Chinese medicine group and the control group of pelvic inflammatory disease,the difference between the groups was（P 〈0.05）.Four groups of patients with complications after low frequency electrical stimulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine packet and Western medicine treatment,improve or cure. Low frequency＋Chinese medicine group after artificial abortion complication rate 4.80%,significantly lower than the low frequency group 9.10%,Chinese medicine group 12% and control group 17.30%,（P 〈 0.05） group;low frequency group,Chinese medicine group after artificial abortion complications had no significant difference （P 〉 0.05）,but both were significantly lower than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Clinical effect of low frequency electric stimulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of postoperative complications of induced abortion.
