摘要
目的研究中药熏洗联合足疗法对于安胎的临床效果。方法选取2019年4月至12月本院收治的100例先兆流产患者作为研究对象,随机平均分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组在常规方案基础上加入中药熏洗和足疗法治疗。3个月后,比较两组保胎成功率,HCG、雌二醇、孕酮等指标水平,先兆流产的相关症状以及患者满意率等。结果观察组保胎成功率为98.0%,显著高于对照组的82.0%(P<0.05)。观察组HCG值、雌二醇、孕酮、相关症状以及总满意率等情况均明显好于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论对于先兆流产患者,在常规治疗基础上加入中药熏洗以及足疗法能够进一步调整患者雌激素、孕激素水平,提高保胎成功率,取得更令患者满意的临床效果,值得推广。
Objective To study the clinical effect of fumigation with traditional Chinese medicine combined with foot therapy for miscarriage prevention.Methods 100 patients with threatened abortion admitted to our hospital from April to December,2019 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional drug treatment;in addition,the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and foot therapy.3 months from then,the success rates of miscarriage prevention,levels of HCG,estradiol,progesterone,and other indicators,symptoms of threatened abortion,and patient satisfaction rate were compared between these two groups.Results The success rate was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(98.0%vs.82.0%;P<0.05).The levels of HCG,estradiol,and progesterone,the related symptoms,and the total satisfaction rate in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Routine treatment in combination with Chinese medicine fumigation and foot therapy for patients with threatened abortion can adjust the levels of estrogen and progesterone,improve the success rate of fetal preservation,and achieve more satisfactory clinical results,so it is worth being promoted.
