摘要
目的探讨低频电脉冲技术康复干预在剖宫产术后患者中的应用及对子宫复旧的影响研究.方法选择2019年1—10月来医院进行剖宫产的82例产妇作为研究对象,随机数字表分为对照组(n=41)和观察组(n=41).对照组在术后常规护理基础上给予缩宫素干预,观察组在对照组基础上联合低频电脉冲技术干预,比较两组子宫复旧情况、泌乳情况及子宫大小、子宫复旧不良率.结果观察组产妇产后12、24 h宫底高度、恶露量、恶露持续时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇首次泌乳时间、人工喂养均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组母乳喂养92.68%高于对照组75.61%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇产后第5天和产后第42天的子宫三径之和均小于对照组,子宫复旧不全率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与对照组产后42 d子宫大小均小于产后5 d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论低频电脉冲技术康复干预在剖宫产术后患者中的应用效果显著,可促进子宫复旧及泌乳,降低术后子宫复旧不全率.
Objective To explore the application of low-frequency electric pulse technology rehabilitation intervention in the patients after cesarean section and the effect on uterine involution.Methods From January to October 2019,82 cases of parturients undergoing cesarean section in hospital were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group(n=41)and observation group(n=41).The control group was given oxytocin intervention on the basis of postoperative routine nursing,and the observation group was combined with low-frequency electric pulse technology intervention on the basis of the control group.The situation of uterine involution,lactation,uterine size and the rate of uterine involution of the two groups were compared.Results The maternal floor height,lochia amount,and lochia duration in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 12 and 24 h postpartum(P<0.05);the first lactation time and artificial feeding in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Breastfeeding in the observation group was 92.68%higher than that in the control group 75.61%(P<0.05);the sum of the three uterine diameters in the observation group on the 5 d postpartum and 42 d postpartum was smaller than that in the control group,and the rate of uterine insufficiency was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),Observation grpup and control group had 42 d postpartum size less than 5 d postpartum(P<0.05).Conclusion The rehabilitation intervention of lowfrequency electric pulse technology has a significant effect on the patients after cesarean section,which can promote the recovery and lactation of uterus,reduce the rate of incomplete recovery of uterus.
