摘要
目的观察低频脉冲康复电治疗仪对产后子宫复旧以及对乳房胀痛的影响。方法选取2016年7月至2016年12月在本院进行自然分娩的初产妇53名作为观察组,应用低频脉冲康复电治疗仪对相应部位每隔12h进行一次20min电刺激并持续治疗6次。选择同期56名初产妇作为对照组,不做相应处理。观察两组子宫复旧以及乳房胀痛情况。结果观察组产妇在产后24h、48h、72h的子宫复旧有效率均高于同期对照组产妇,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇产后第三天乳房疼痛(P=0.013)及肿胀分级(P=0.017)均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义。结论对产妇应用低频脉冲电治疗仪有助子宫复旧,并能够预防、缓解乳房胀痛,疗效确切、副作用小,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of low frequency pulse rehabilitation therapy instrument on postpartum uterine recovery and breast distending pain. Methods A total of 53 primipara women were randomly selected as the observation group. They were treated with low frequency pulse rehabilitation for 20Inin every 12h and continuous treatment 6 times. A total of 56 pri mipara women were selected as the control group for the same period. The uterine recovery and breast pain situation of the two groups were observed. Results The effective rate of uterine re covery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group at 24 h, 48 h and 72 h postpartum （P〈0.05）. The pain and swelling grade of the third day after delivery were better than those of the control group. The difference was statistically significant （P=0. 013 and 0. 017, respectively）. Conclusion The application of low frequency pulse electric therapy instrument can help the uterus to rescover the uterus and can prevent and relieve breast pain. With the curative effect, it is worth promoting application.
