摘要
心理实践活动是心理育人“五位一体”工作格局中的重要组成部分。基于青年心理发展任务相关理论,尝试构建高校心理实践活动育人模式。这个模式聚焦青年心理发展任务,重视心理实践活动的顶层设计和教育实效,遵循分类引导精准育人理念,融合了教师襄助、朋辈互助、学生自助三大育人模块,各模块间有机融合、功能互补,以共同促进大学生心理发展任务完成和心理素质提升。
Psychological practice activities are an important part of the five-in-one working pattern of psychological education.An educational model of college psychological practice activities based on the theory of youth psychological development tasks was constructed.The model focuses on youth psychological development tasks,attaches importance to the top-level design and educational effectiveness of psychological practice activities,follows the concept of classified guidance and precise education,and integrates three educational modules:teacher assistance,peer assistance and self-help.The modules are organically integrated and function complementarily,so as to promote the completion of university students’psychological development tasks and improve their psychological quality.
