摘要
文化育人是高校辅导员的基本职能,但在高校资助工作中纵观其文化育人现状,却存在着注重经济扶持,忽视精神帮助、无偿帮助过多、育人功能减弱等问题。对此,本文分别从利用思政教育,辅助文化育人、贯彻人本理念,加强服务育人、组织校园活动,创造良好环境、注重心理教育,深化心理育人等维度,深入探索了辅导员在资助工作中的文化育人实践,并提出了切实可行的方式方法。
Cultural education is the basic function of college counselors,but in the funding of colleges and universities,looking at the current status of cultural education,there are problems such as paying attention to economic support,neglecting spiritual help,too much unpaid help,and weakening education functions.In this regard,this article explores the instructors in depth from the perspectives of using ideological and political education,assisting cultural education,implementing human-oriented concepts,strengthening service education,organizing campus activities,creating a good environment,focusing on psychological education,and deepening psychological education.The cultural education practice in funding work,and put forward practical ways and methods.
